Terms of Service (End-User License Agreement)

These terms govern your use of the Cashedly bookkeeping software at app.cashedly.com and cashedly.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
Subject to these terms and any applicable fees, Cashedly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business bookkeeping. You may not resell the Service, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, access it to build a competing product, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. What Cashedly is — and isn’t
Cashedly is software that imports financial data, suggests and applies categories (including with AI), and maintains a ledger and reports for your review. Cashedly is not a CPA firm and does not provide accounting, audit, attest, tax, legal, or financial advice, prepare or file tax returns or information returns, or certify your financial statements. Automated and AI-generated categorizations can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your books, for the accuracy of what you file or rely on, and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization. Tell us promptly at hello@cashedly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You grant Cashedly permission to host, process, and transmit it as needed to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to provide the data you upload or connect. You can export your data while your account is active.
5. Connected apps
If you connect third-party services such as QuickBooks Online or Google Drive, you authorize Cashedly to access them as described when you connect, and your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Cashedly is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or the accuracy of data they provide. You can disconnect at any time.
6. AI providers and keys
If you add your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider’s charges and terms. Usage limits and budgets you set in Settings are applied on a best-effort basis.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next billing period.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or create risk or legal exposure for Cashedly or others. After termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days on request, then may delete it.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHEDLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHEDLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, TAXES, PENALTIES, OR INTEREST, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. CASHEDLY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Cashedly against third-party claims arising from your data, your use of the Service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify account owners before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
